What is The Golden Light Project?

A new world is being birthed and despite of uncertainty, doubts and fears we can feel a beauty beginning to unfold, the promise of a world governed by peace, compassion and respect for all life. We are all part of this unfolding -  it is the very reason why we are alive on this planet at this time.

The Golden Light Project was started in 2010 by Renata & Steven Ash as an online healing and spiritual growth programme intended to bring people together all over the world to consciously invokes the blessings of the Golden Light into our bodies, our lives and into our Mother Earth. Since then the programme has been offered 12 times at the solstices and equinoxes of each year, transforming the lives of thousands of people. This GOLDEN LIGHT PROJECT #13 concludes the present cycle of Golden Light Programmes and leads us individually and collectively into the next spiral of inner work, that is waiting for each one of us at the dawning of the new Golden Age…

Each one of us has the potential to be a lighthouse instead of merely a small candle. In fact, this is the clarion call going out at this extraordinary time in the history of our planet and all life on it:

At the Winter Solstice 2012 we will celebrate an event that last happened almost 26.000 years ago. Our solar system will come into alignment with the Galactic Centre, the womb of the universe, the Great Mother from which all knowledge, all wisdom, all power and all healing spring. Being alive at this special time is a wonderful blessing and an unprecedented opportunity for us all to bring about the huge planetary shift necessary to avert global catastrophe and change humanity’s consciousness forever. The darkness is always deepest just before the new dawn. The golden light has the capacity to transform even the greatest darkness and in working with this light you will be showered with blessings beyond anything you can imagine. So let us link hands and step forward together into the light of this new world, filled with courage, love and the bliss of knowing that we are fulfilling the purpose for which we incarnated in this lifetime.

As the Winter Solstice 2012 rapidly approaches, this is one of the few remaining opportunities to join together with people all over the world  to create a golden energy field that has the power to change the world, while at the same time changing and healing each one of those who give of their time and energy to make this happen. Breath by breath we can be conscious of this very moment, we can catch our thoughts and feelings and turn them into a point of direct focus aiming ourselves into becoming useful and powerful. Our world is awakening around us; we live in a global village where great distances across the curving horizon mean nothing. How can we become more useful and powerful when the world communications and media tell us constantly that as individuals mass change is beyond our capability?

The answer may be in us each becoming more available to the life that is breathing each of us. More available by putting time aside each hour of each day to become more in tune with our source. It is said that the angels come upon invitation. when we ask archangel Raphael to help us in healing, the request is answered immediately. Could this be true also of our connecction to the source of life? Could it be that when we ask we are answered immediately?

The GOLDEN LIGHT PROJECT is now up to GLP11 with only one opportunity remaining to “get up to speed” before winter solstice 2012. When we get to December 21st we will have completed the journey of activating the thirteen chakras thirteen times. This has been a powerful challenge for most of us because uncomfortable stuff was dregded up each time and in essence none of us have known where we are going. But strangely, deep within we are remembering, we do know how to get there! The messages coming through make it so very clear. Choose to be consciously awake, know that your consciousness makes a difference on a global scale. Make yourself available to the mystery that lives through you, sees through your eyes, listens through your ears and shines through your actions, thoughts and feelings.

This is the time to invite golden light into the Earth Mother. What she does with this gift of remembering is her conscious choice; you are doing your part by allowing your energy meridians and chakras to be open channels for the passage of universal love and light. We are powerful beyond measure when we respond as unlimited beings.

Alan Ereira, the author of the book and film “The Heart of the World”, which provided the initial impetus for the GOLDEN LIGHT PROJECT, has made another film about the Kogi people, which is released today at the Sheffield Film Festival. In it our wise elder Kogi brothers and sisters, who live in isolated mountain communities in South America, say that everything is created out of thought and intent. They say that we must come back to honoring the sacred Earth Mother, if we want life on our beautiful planet to continue. Time is running out.

As you will see the message of the Kogi played a crucial role in our personal awakening. We sincerely hope that it may do the same for you and that you will make time to join us in meditation and the raising of personal and collective consciousness over the next 13 days. The heart of the Galactic Centre through the great rift of the milky way is lining up with the heart of Mother Earth; this alignment is happening through each of our lives as we become conscious breathers, centred in our hearts and making ourselves more available to the energy of the Cosmic Mother. The Divine Father is constantly gifting the planet with the energy of the golden light through our highest Selves. Today I would like to share with you a powerful breathing meditation that I have been using for years with great success.

Every morning, as you wake up, sit up and send your thoughts into the day ahead. Oberserve the feelings that come up, as you project your consciousness into this new day. Do you feel confident, excited, happy, rearing to go? Or does the thought of the day ahead and its tasks and chores make you feel overwhelmed, anxious and grumpy? What in particular is it, that you find difficult to face? Just take stock of your thoughts and feelings without judging anything – you are just an observer. Don’t get involved.

Now block your left nostril with your index finger and imagine that you are breathing in golden light through your right nostril. Imagine this light spreading all throughout the right side of your body, from head to toes, filling each cell with golden warmth. Hold the breath and compress the golden light into the right side of your body. Then, as you breathe out, see all the difficulties of your life, all the obstacles to your happiness and success, all the fears about this day leave your body through your right nostril. Imagine these energies leaving your body as a stream of grey energy that is collected in a sphere in front of you. Repeat this process 3 times.

Now block your right nostril with your thumb and imagine that you are breathing in golden light through your left nostril. Let this light fill every cell on the left side of your body, from head to toes. Feel the warm golden energy completely infusing the left side of your body as you hold your breath and compress the golden light into these areas. Then breathe out, releasing all limiting feelings and emotions like anger, judgment, grief, apprehension, worry  with the breath. Imagine these emotional energies leaving your body as a stream of dark red energy that is again collected in a sphere in front of you. Repeat this process 3 times.
By now you will start to feel a lot lighter and brighter:-)

Now focus once again on your feelings towards this day. It’s a bright new day holding new opportunities, new experiences, new adventures. As you think about these possibilities and what they could mean for you – how do you feel?
Go back to the breath once more, and this time breathe in golden light through both nostrils into the whole of your body. Really imagine each and everyone of your trillions of cells drinking up the golden energy. With your inner eye see yourself growing more and more radiant and filled with light. Hold the intent for the golden light to neutralise all the toxic thoughts and memories that prevent you from fully living this beautiful day. Intend happiness, success, love and fun for this day as you hold the breath and the golden light within your body. Then breathe out through your nose and see all fear and doubt leaving your body as a stream of black, dense energy, that is collected in a spherical container in front of you. Repeat this process again at least 3 times.

Then look with your inner eye at the 3 containers in front of you, each filled with energy that does not serve you any more.

Gather the golden light into your 3rd Eye Chakra and from there send a laser-like powerful stream of light into each one of the spherical containers, until they burst and the clouds of coloured energies in them turn into droplets of gold that fall gently onto the earth.

This time in your life is all about riding the waves of change as smoothly as possible and finding solutions that work for you as you walk this amazing pathway of transformation. I have been using this breathing meditation for a long time and it has never failed to produce the desired result.

I truly hold the intent, that it will do the same for you.

Today is the day of the Crown Chakra in the GOLDEN LIGHT PROJECT #10 – the chakra where Heaven meets Earth, where we receive the divine blueprint into our earthly self.

The theme of this day is TRUST – how much am I able to let go of my expectations about how I want my life to be and surrender to a power, an energy, a presence that’s bigger, wiser and far more loving than me?

Trust is something we choose. Few people are lucky enough to naturally live in a state of trust – most of us need to work at it. The good thing is: the more we practise, the easier it becomes.

One of my favorite affirmations is: I let go of all fear and trust in the divine plan for my life.
Let us practice trusting that our lives are unfolding exactly as they should.
Let today be a day when you trust and surrender to grace.
 

Golden Light Project #10 Global Meditation Project Begins

This is our heartfelt invitation to join us once again for 13 days of meditation, healing and transformation!

We are already more than two months into this extraordinary year 2012 and what a year it turns out to be! Most people whom we are speaking or working with are pretty shaken by the energies that relentlessly bombard our planet. The one word that comes up in pretty much every conversation is TRUST – how do we live in a world where the familiar parameters for feeling safe are suddenly pulled out from under our feet like an old carpet and the new framework is nowhere to be seen as yet?

It has always been clear that 2012 will be a year of upheaval and change both on the personal as well as the global level. What we probably did not expect is the intensity and the speed at which these changes are manifesting. And most of us find ourselves in situations where we have to let go of control and surrender to the unknown – and that’s very scary!

The Masters of Light have been speaking to us about this since last summer – how to feel safe in a world that is changing literally at the speed of light. We have been learning how to apply their advice and suggestions to our own reality and it has made a great difference in the way we now experience life during this time of transformation.

I think the most difficult thing for us all is to let go and learn to trust. Therefore GLP10 is dedicated to mastering the challenge of feeling safe in our changing world. Over these 13 days of meditation and clearing we will provide you with ideas and “food for thought” on how to ride the waves of change – joyfully, lovingly and trustingly. These ideas and inspirations will come in the form of special emails aimed at shining more light into your life and helping you to surrender and trust what is. They incorporate the teachings and guidance we have received from the world of light so watch out for these special communications!

We are only a few days away from the start of the GOLDEN LIGHT PROJECT #9 and I am wondering how many of you will be joining us this time for this 13-day meditation and healing programme. Here are a few questions for you to contemplate:

If you knew that all of your life – past, present and future – is defined and regulated by the vibrational information contained within your chakras and your energy field, would you want to work on clearing the imprints that prevent you from living your highest potential?

If you were told that every thought you think, every emotion you feel has an impact on your life and on our world – would you pay more attention to your thoughts and feelings? Would you want to take every opportunity to cleanse your conscious and subconscious minds from the memories and beliefs that cause you to think limiting, damaging thoughts?

If you were told that there is a unique purpose that needs to manifest through you, that without you the picture would not be complete – how would that change the way you live your life? Would you want to know what it is that only you can do?

Another opportunity for us all to get up to speed with the changing consciousness during this Winter Solstice (the Solstice is generally celebrated on the 21st of December, although the astronomical date changes from year to year – this year the actual Solstice takes place on the 22nd, at 00.22 a.m).
