These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below with Rainbow Medicine Circle. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website. Please read them with care.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) exclusive of UK sales tax (VAT), we do not charge VAT and are not VAT registered.

Contract between the customer and Rainbow Medicine Circle for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched ( at which point the buyer’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy. A delivery charge will be added to your order value prior to checkout and payment, and will be shown on the order form. 

Right To Cancel:
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of within 7 working days from the day after receiving the product. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 28 days. See Cancellation and Returns policy under Service & Support.

Payment and Taxes:
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or Rainbow Medicine Circle Gift Vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo . All transactions are shown in £ sterling by default, and will be charged in UK £ sterling against your credit/debit card. Any other currencies displayed are for guidance purposes only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the exchange rate used, and you should verify the accuracy of the displayed currency price (non £ sterling prices shown) prior to placing your order.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are not inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Duty and Customs Information:
All overseas deliveries are subject to their local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any local import duties, taxes/charges or laws related.

Our Guarantee To You:
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case you will be notified prior to dispatch of any goods and offered either a 'partial fulfilment' of your order, amendment, or cancellation. All part fulfilled orders will be completed in full once we receive the remaining items, and these will be dispatched free of charge.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 4pm will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the following day. Those orders received after 4pm will be dispatched on the day after the next day. On dispatch, we will send you a notification email alerting you. We regret that we cannot guarantee a particular time of day.

Conformity Of Goods:
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Disclaimer & Limitations of liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Rainbow Medicine Circle nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Rainbow Medicine Circle or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

"The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Rainbow Medicine Circle and any other associated company of Rainbow Medicine Circle as if references to Rainbow Medicine Circle included references to each such associated company."

Rainbow Medicine Circle may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of Rainbow Medicine Circle.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded
